Milford I. Noble, age 70, of Elwood, Nebraska passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at his home. He was born on
August 9, 1946, at Lexington, Nebraska to Marcus E. and Lena S. (Schwartz) Noble.
He grew up in Lexington and attended school at Lexington High School, graduating with the class of 1965. After school,
he joined the U.S. Army and served his country for 8 years before being honorably discharged. After his service duty, he
attended college in California and studied drafting. He then started working for the public transportation system as a bus
driver. He then moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa and worked at a CD manufacturing company.
On May 25, 1996 he married Geraldine Sarr at Lexington, Nebraska. They made their home in Council Bluffs before
moving to Elwood when Milford got a job with Becton-Dickinson Manufacturing Company in Holdrege, Nebraska. He
would retire then in 2007. He was a member of the Elwood American Legion.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, his dogs, and being with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Geraldine Noble of Elwood, Nebraska

Brother: Leo & wife Elaine Noble of Potter, Nebraska
Sister: Sharon Lenning of Colorado
He is preceded in death by his parents and 4 brothers and sisters.
